General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bdgo5 ("Platform", "we", "us") and each person using the Platform ("User", "you"). By browsing the bdgo5 website, creating an account, or using any service, you agree to be bound by all provisions of these Terms.

Eligibility & Account Registration

- Accounts are for personal use only — operating an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

- Selling, transferring, or sharing an account is strictly prohibited.
2.2 Account Security

2.3 Identity Verification
We may request identity documents, proof of address, or other documentation when necessary. Withdrawals or bonus payments may be held until the verification process is complete. All information is securely collected and stored using SSL encryption.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Rules
bdgo5 currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. If a deposit is not reflected in your account, contact the support team immediately.
- Deposits must be sent from your own account only — payments from third parties are not accepted.
- Depositing funds from any illegal source is strictly prohibited.
- bdgo5 reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions and may place a hold on them if necessary.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
- Account information is verified when a withdrawal request is under review.
- Withdrawals may be restricted if there is an active bonus on the account.
- Where fraudulent activity is suspected, withdrawals are processed after the account investigation is complete.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at bdgo5 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳42,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, bringing the total balance to ৳62,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. For example: a ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer may be claimed once only, unless otherwise stated.
- Wagering must be completed before a bonus can be cashed out.
- bdgo5 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse is suspected.
- Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
- VIP cashback bonuses are governed by the separate VIP Programme terms.
- bdgo5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
VIP Programme Terms
bdgo5's VIP Programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit.
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
VIP tier progression depends on a user's activity and contribution on the Platform. bdgo5 reserves the right to change cashback amounts and other VIP benefits. bdgo5 may change or revoke any member's VIP status for valid reasons.
Gaming Rules & Fair Play
6.1 Fair Play Policy
bdgo5 is committed to fair play. All games on our Platform are conducted in a fair and impartial manner. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to determine game outcomes.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure:
- Attempting to influence game outcomes using software or bots
- Collusion or secret coordination with other players
- Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus arbitrage or exploiting the bonus system
- Any form of fraudulent activity or deliberately exploiting technical errors on the Platform
- Misleading or threatening other users
6.3 Technical Issues
In the event of any problem caused by server errors, network issues, or software bugs, bdgo5 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including cancelling rounds and refunding deposits. bdgo5 will not be liable for any loss arising from such circumstances.

In the event of a breach of these Terms, bdgo5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice.

Miscellaneous Provisions
11.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together constitute the entire agreement between bdgo5 and the user, and replace all prior oral or written understandings.
11.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining Terms will continue in full force and effect.
11.3 Waiver
Any delay by bdgo5 in enforcing or any waiver of a provision of these Terms will not be considered a permanent or future waiver of that provision.
11.4 Language of Communication
All official communications from bdgo5 are conducted in Bengali and English. Where there is a conflict between the Bengali and English versions of these Terms, the interpretation determined to be correct by bdgo5 will prevail.
